As an Acquisitions or Dispositions Specialist at Redefined, you will play a critical role in our business operations.

In the Acquisitions department, you will source potential properties from distressed homeowners, negotiate competitive offers, and help them find solutions to their challenges.
In the Dispositions department, you will manage the sale of properties, working with investors and clients to ensure timely and profitable transactions.

ACQUISITION SPECIALIST



  • Identify distressed homeowners and properties through various lead generation strategies.
  • Build rapport with homeowners and offer them effective solutions to their challenges.
  • Negotiate offers with homeowners to secure deals at competitive prices.
  • Maintain detailed records of each lead and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Dispositions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to sale.

DISPOSITION SPECIALIST



  • Manage the disposition process for acquired properties, ensuring that each deal closes successfully.
  • Cultivate relationships with investors and buyers to maximize property sales.
  • Analyze market conditions to determine optimal selling strategies for each property.
  • Coordinate with the Acquisitions team to ensure quick and seamless deal flow.
  • Negotiate and finalize sale agreements with investors.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and CRM systems.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
